Processing Time All orders are processed within 2–5 business days. Personalised and customised orders (including embroidered initials) may require additional processing time of up to 7 business days.
Free Shipping Enjoy free shipping on all orders over £100.
Shipping Destinations We ship from Portugal to the UK and selected international destinations. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout for orders under £100.
Estimated Delivery Times
- UK Standard: 3–5 business days
- UK Express: 1–2 business days
- International: 7–14 business days
Tracking Once your order has shipped, you'll receive a confirmation email with your tracking information.
Taxes & Duties All applicable taxes are included in your order total — no surprise charges at checkout. Please note that for international deliveries outside the UK & EU, local import duties may occasionally apply upon delivery and are the responsibility of the customer.
