Personalised & Customised Items

Due to the bespoke nature of personalised and customised products — including items with embroidered initials or custom colorways — these items are non-refundable and non-exchangeableunless they arrive damaged or defective.

If your item arrives with a fault or error on our part, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at [your contact email] with a photo of the issue, and we'll make it right.

For all other items, we accept returns within 14 days of delivery, provided the item is unused and in its original condition.
